Morning Sessions
9am - 10:30am Tea Ceremony
A circle, ritual and ceremony designed for you to enter into a state of serene contemplation, cultivate deeper connections with nature, yourself, and others through the ancient art of tea.
Begin your day in sacred stillness with a tea ceremony. A beautiful meditative practice that honors the art of tea.
This ceremony is a gentle invitation to presence and mindfulness, where each sip is a whisper of peace and clarity.
A time to nourish your spirit and harmonize your senses, setting a tranquil tone for the day’s journey at our gathering.
10:30am - 11:30am Breakfast & Connection
Enjoy a nourishing breakfast, and feel free to engage with this time in a way that feels expansive to you. This will be a space & time designed for integrating, connection and fostering relationships. A perfect time to ask questions and gain insight from others.
11:30am - 12:30pm Unshakable Trust: Leaders Igniting Powerful Cultures with Astrid Brinck
In times of exponential change, we have a unique capacity to influence the human dynamics within your team, family systems and co-creations, creating spaces where people feel truly valued and inspired to show up fully.
In this interactive session, we’ll dive into the art and science of building high-trust environments.
• In-depth Insight into Culture Building: Understand what shapes trust and connection within teams, and how you can nurture a culture that thrives on these values.
• Leadership Tools to Foster Genuine Connection & Belonging: Learn strategies that go beyond traditional leadership, designed specifically to connect people meaningfully.

Afternoon Sessions
12:30pm - 1:30pm: Unlock Archetypal Wisdom Within
The KAVANÂ transformational methodology invites depth-seekers to explore their own internal landscape and express the dormant archetypes that live within each one of us.
In this interactive, facilitated session, you will be guided to find and “unlock” the wisdom that is most relevant for your current path, and come into contact with the way you can use the archetypal energy as a source of self-actualization and inner knowing.
We will also invite you to come in direct contact with the archetypes The Steward, who carries crucial keys for leaders called to shape our collective future during these pivotal times.
1:30pm - 3pm KAVANÂ & MUSA Presentation
The founding stewards will share about the larger vision for KAVANÂ and MUSA, our town-of-the-future in Mexico.
Receive a behind-the-scenes look at the future vision for this 1,000 acre global village, the opportunity to participate, as well as the Ripples of Impact already in motion, and yet to come.
This time is perfect for those looking to align with a purpose-driven initiative and those curious about the paths of collaboration and engagement within the community.
3:30pm - 4:30pm Wealth Stewardship & Impact Investing
The upcoming transfer of trillions in the US alone presents a rare chance for wealth stewardship—aligning resources with values to drive meaningful change. Beyond preserving wealth, stewardship ensures it’s channeled into impact investments that tackle systemic challenges and foster a regenerative future. This moment offers an opportunity to redefine the legacy of wealth for future generations.
This talk will delve into these themes and invite deeper dialogue.
4:30pm Sunset Hike
Step directly from the backyard to immerse in nature's beauty and refresh your spirit.
A short hike along the breathtaking Big Rock Malibu cliffside for those who would like to move their bodies and enjoy a stunning ocean-view at sunset.
5:30pm - 6:30pm Closing circle
We will end the convergence with a heartfelt closing circle, to seal the learning gained and experiences shared, solidify connections, and celebrate the journey embarked on together.
Evening Sessions
6:30pm - 7:30pm Dinner & Connection
Integrate the days events with a chef-prepared meal, and nurture the spark of new connections as you share reflections on the topics discussed throughout the convergence.
7:30pm - 10pm Concert by Abumai & Jam Session
A heartfelt live concert
Abumai takes us into a ritual of music, weaving Latin American folk, Medicine Music, and world music into an immersive experience, where we can delight in an atmosphere of union and reverence.
Our jam session with local musicians invites a natural flow of musical expression and connection. Embracing the art of improvisation and spontaneity, this gathering celebrates the gift of shared music in its purest!
